Youth Court is very different from an adult Magistrates’ Court or a Crown Court. In format and approach it is less formal, and members of the public are not allowed into the court room.

Obtaining advice from an experienced advocate who can guide you through the process of attending Youth Court is highly recommended.

At Breydons we understand that young people can make mistakes or find themselves caught up in difficult situations. We pride ourselves on achieving the best possible outcome for any young person appearing before a Youth Court.

Youth Court representation is always free of charge under the legal aid scheme.

You should get Breydons involved in your case as soon as possible. Please contact us on 01603 616000 for more advice and to find out how we can help you.
